(1 pkg) Ham Steaks
(4 Tbsp) Butter
(1/2 cup) Water
(1/2 cup) Maple Syrup
(4 Tbsp) Dijon Mustard
(2 tsp) Paprika
- Melt the butter in frying pan and brown ham steaks on both sides until golden.
- Add the water to the frying pan to loosen the dark flavourful bits and mix with all the ham juices.
- Then add the Maple Syrup, Dijon Mustard and Paprika to the frying pan and cook until heated through until reduced just a little. Approximately 5 minutes.
- Plate the warm steaks and pour the glaze over them. It's just that simple!
